Introduction

We want you to have the best possible start, so that you feel comfortable and prepared for your tasks from the beginning. Therefore, we have developed a three-month introduction programme, with the aim of ensuring that employees acquire the skills necessary to do their job and have fun doing so.

Your training consists of:

MYLEARN – online courses in our digital training platform. Through digitization of real scenarios, you will gain basic knowledge that will prepare you for the practical training.

On-the-job training – practical training at your workplace that will translate theoretical knowledge into practice. We believe in learning by doing, and with these trainings your colleagues, mentor and manager will help you learn.

Follow-up and evaluation – on your learning journey, your manager will follow up on your progress and give you the relevant feedback to ensure you feel well prepared and stay motivated in your role.

With the "Choose your own brick" programme, we would like to give you as JYSK employee the chance to develop yourself in the position. The overall goals of "Choose your own brick" are:

  • Develop you by giving you additional, horizontal opportunities
