JYSK Values
JYSK Values capture the core specifics of what it means to work at JYSK. Everything we do must be aligned with these guidelines. The values in fact come from Lars Larsen himself – simple things that actually make it so good to work with JYSK. Which value can you relate to the most?
JYSK Leadership
As JYSK has a winning culture with a lot of goals, we need leaders who are into results and can handle the heat of an environment with a lot going on. Our leadership philosophy relies strongly on coaching and development through active feedbacking and providing our employees opportunities to take responsibility and grow.
Employee promises
In JYSK, we have four employee promises, which define, what you can expect from us as your employer. They are not just nice words, but what our employees value the most at JYSK. So this is what you will get when you join our team.
Great rewards
In JYSK, we always strive to reward the best performance. In order to stay attractive, each year we benchmark with the external market to make sure that our compensation and benefits package is a great reward. We also like to compete and win, which is why the whole year is filled with competitions and sales bonuses.
Winning culture
In JYSK, we have a winning culture. We set our goals, compete and always strive to reach our highest potential and the best results. We like to stay active. That is why you will find a lot of sports clubs and activities that we do together outside work. We run, climb mountains, swim, race and sometimes even do yoga together.
Responsibility
As an international company, JYSK interacts with thousands of customers, employees and suppliers on a daily basis. The way we act has an impact on our surroundings, and this means that we as a company have a great responsibility to ensure that things are done in a responsible way.
Our responsibility comprises a number of areas, including JYSK employees as well as employees working for our suppliers throughout the world. We have to ensure that our products are made with respect for both humans, animals and nature.

#EXCEEDEXPECTATIONS
#GROWJYSK
Expansion is in our DNA. JYSK opens approximately 4 new stores every week in different countries around the world. Currently we are getting closer and closer to store number 3000, in over 48 countries. Our continuous growth creates some extraordinary career possibilities both domestically and internationally!
A MASTER IN LOGISTICS
A vast retail chain requires a very efficient logistics chain as a counterpart. JYSK has some of the biggest and most sophisticated distribution centres in Europe, located in Poland, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Bulgaria and Denmark.
