As the overall responsible for the activities of the warehouse, your task will be to ensure a cost-conscious and efficient management of the warehouse based on the JYSK Values.
You will lead the warehouse by setting a clear strategic direction, defining the right targets and following the development on the agreed actions, including the key targets for employee satisfaction and Safety First.
You will help to empower your organisation and enable it to meet targets and expectations, and you will ensure the necessary execution and implementation.
The management team is located in Denmark and includes the following positions:
You will have the overall responsibility for the operations organisation, and thus the day-to-day production in the dark store. You ensure an organisation of skilled, efficient and ambitious employees across all operational departments and that the future talents are developed. Through JYSK Leadership, you build high motivation, loyalty and job satisfaction.
You will have the overall responsibility for the administrative and transport offices. Within transport you will negotiate favourable and efficient agreements with transporters for goods in and out of the dark store.
You lead, develop and create a motivated and professionally skilled organisation, that take care of the administrative flows, transport of goods and customs clearance.
You will have the responsibility for all HR areas in the distribution centre, including health and safety. You will help to ensure competent management sparring, build the strongest teams and develop the talents of the future
You are overall responsible for technological development, including management and operational information systems, inbound and outbound planning and administration at the warehouse. Additionally, you handle optimization tasks, daily support for IT users in logistics (WMS, ERP), the use of IT applications, and store support."
You will have the responsibility for the facilities, IT and technical department, including the automated equipment in the warehouse and local IT. You ensure the continuous availability of all installations at the warehouse.
