As Store Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for one of our JYSK stores in Ireland. This means that you will be in charge of the store's performance and you will ensure that our customers meet a well organised store with motivated and engaged employees when they visit.
You will need to plan and prioritise your store's activities in order to optimise its performance and exceed the goals that have been set. Part of this is to ensure that all products are available at all times, merchandise is well presented, correct prices are displayed, etc.
Besides playing a role on your store's sales floor, you will be responsible for carrying out our JYSK Leadership principles. Being a Store Manager means that it will be your responsibility to recruit, train, develop and motivate your employees so that you always have the strongest team.
