Our Leadership Academy is a comprehensive programme designed to develop leadership skills within Retail and Logistics. It includes various development programmes such as Team Leader Trainee, Store Manager Trainee and Human Resources Manager Trainee programmes.
The Academy focuses on developing skills in recruitment, personality profiles, leadership, achieving goals, working with concepts and many more. It offers a range of training methods that focuses on classroom sessions, combined with on-the-job-training, role plays and e-learnings.
Every JYSK Leadership Academy Programme is varied and has a good combination of theoretical training modules, as well as practical training. The training process is supported by qualified mentors and trainers and is integral to the development programmes.
A trainee graduates usually after preparing and presenting successfully a Kick Out case during the last module.
When the programme is over, you as a trainee are expected to stay proactive and responsible for your own development. In cooperation with your manager, you will continue to use your strengths and work on your development areas.
